Homemade Eye Care Recipes

Dark Circles
This caused due to the lack of sleep, stress, fatigue, dietary deficiency or disease. People with insomnia generally suffer from this. In case you suffer from insomnia or some chronic disease, you must consult a doctor and along with this follow a regular skin care routine. The skin around the eyes is very delicate and special care should be taken to maintain it. Cleanse your eyes at bedtime with a rehydrant gel with the help of a moist cotton pad and then apply an under eye cream, preferably and almond and honey cream. Almond is mild natural bleach and it helps to remove the dark circles. Make sure that no cream is left in the delicate region around the eyes as it may result in puffy and swollen eyes. Use only those masks around the eyes that are specially made for that delicate region. One such specialized mask is the seaweed mask which is available in liquid form and is of light texture and has watery consistency and forms a light film on the skin. It can easily be removed with water.
